Kemptville Live Music Festival is dedicated to providing an extraordinary experience for all music lovers. Our volunteers are committed to ensure ample and ready access to all of our festival amenities.
Please be aware that Kemptville Live Music Festival does take place on natural terrain and that nature and weather may make that difficult to maneuver for all patrons.
All of our volunteers are directed to complete AODA training as part of their qualifications and acceptance. We have a dedicated team onsite for all operating hours to ensure that patrons with accessibility needs receive the information and assistance they may require.
Accessible parking is located just outside the main gate. Accessibility volunteers in this area and the shuttle drop off area, are clearly recognized by their white Kemptville Live Volunteer t-shirt with the globally recognized blue wheelchair logo on their sleeve.
One support person and service animal are welcome free of admission charge. Prominently labeled Information/Accessibility tents on site can provide rest areas for patrons and service animals as required.

Is the Kemptville Live Music Festival venue accessible to patrons with disabilities?
People with disabilities are welcome to attend our event. The venue is wheelchair-accessible, however due to the ground’s natural terrain, it can be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair. Collapsible lawn chairs are permitted throughout the site and we encourage those who may have difficulty standing for long periods to bring them.
Where is accessible parking located?
Accessible parking is located onsite just outside the main gate. Please follow the “Accessible Parking” signs to the Curtis Avenue entrance off of Prescott Street (County Road 44). Our traffic crew will guide you to the drop-off zone and parking area. Accessibility parking is limited. A provincially issued accessibility placard MUST be in any vehicle parked in a designated accessible spot.
Can I bring a support person?
Support persons can access the festival site without additional cost above the admission price for the patron with a disability (one support person per person with a disability).
Are service animals permitted?
Service animals are permitted. A cooling tent with water will be available near the accessibility entrance and viewing area.
Where can I find information or help at the site?
The festival does not provide personal care but our Accessibility/Info Volunteer Team does offer push service and light support. Team volunteers will be roaming the site to offer support and will also be stationed in the Accessibility/Information Team tents (centrally located on the site) to offer guidance. These volunteers will help you find a protected viewing area if required.
I don’t have my ticket yet. Can I purchase it at the gate?
Tickets will be available for sale at the box office while supplies last.
